Built around the gait cycle, this slower flowing Yoga practice uses movement patterns to help you create stronger connections in your body, allowing you to integrate healthy-for-you movement patterns into your daily life on and off the mat (which sometimes means UNlearning movement patterns that aren't supported in your body too!) Body Dynamic Slow Flow practice will help your body learn to move with greater ease adaptability.
