Designed specifically for young dancers who are ready to explore the world of poms! This beginner level class covers pom dance basics such as arm motions, strength and coordination. Dancers use pom poms while learning basic choreography and dance terminology.
Jazz shoes or dance shoes. Please no outside footwear.

This program will provide your child with physical and mental challenges that are specifically designed to improve cognition, physical health and mindfulness. We'll explore how physical activity can help develop brain function and mental health through a variety of engaging challenges. This program is centered around individual needs, team building, creativity and fun! Skills include: memory, attention/focus, task switching, body control, social emotional learning and self regulation techniques.

Join us for "A Little Me Time"; a character-focused and value-driven program that cultivates cultural appreciation through geography, music, art culinary exploration, discussions and reflections. Participants will foster virtues such as integrity, discipline, excellence and knowledge, while embracing empathy and responsibility towards oneself, others and their environment.

Looking for a casual, fun, creative environment where you and your child can relax, imagine, create, laugh, and go home with memorable and unique canvas art? Our fun and carefree instructor will facilitate each themed class and guide you both in creating your own work of art. We provide a 16" x 20" canvas, paints, brushes, and apron.
Participants must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Start December off right with holiday baking! Goodies can be eaten during class and hopefully you'll save some to take home! Take your experience with you and make your own goodies at home to share with your family and friends throughout the rest of the month!

Does your child love going to the Circus?! Learn skills from some of the best in the industry! This class includes a warm up, strength training, conditioning tips and stretching. You'll learn at your own pace and interest level. Beginners focus on proper body position, muscle usage, basic positions and basic balances. Advanced students learn more difficult skills, choreography and artistry.

Skills included: Juggling, Lyra Hoop, Silks, Tight Wire, German Wheel, Spanish Web, Rolla-Bola and more!
