The crazy-cool dance-fitness workout for kids is set to hip-hop, salsa, reggaetón and more great music! Kids love to
crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. Instructor Jessica Hunt incorporates dance,
games and interaction among kids. It’s about making fitness a natural part of their lives -- not just a class they
attend. Developing a healthy lifestyle includes: leadership, respect, teamwork, pride, confidence, responsibility, as
well as developing coordination, balance, discipline, memory and creativity.

Begin the yoga journey as you learn basic postures (asanas) practice breath-work and meditation in a relaxed environment, while building strength, increasing flexibility and improving balance. According to the needs of each individual, these classes will introduce and build on the basics. We will include reclining, seated, kneeling, and standing poses. Participants MUST provide their own mat. straps/blocks provided if desired. MIN/MAX 15/25

Join your child in this parent/child Zumba class! Kids love for you to join them when we crank up the music to shake and wiggle while making new friends! Get fit together while we incorporate dances, games and interaction among other parents and children. It's about making fitness a natural part of both your lives! Building the foundation for a healthy lifestyle through leadership, respect, teamwork, pride, responsibility and most importantly confidence!
