The Miracle League of Central Illinois provides opportunities for children and
adults with disabilities to experience the joy and benefits which come from
playing our national pastime-BASEBALL! Miracle League offers a unique and
memorable opportunity.

The Miracle League is a place where every player has the opportunity to hit
the ball, run the bases and win every time they step on the field. Players
who need help with hitting, catching and throwing the ball are paired with a
“buddy” who helps out.

The season is split into two halves to avoid the hottest part of the summer.
Players are assigned to a team with a coach provided. Game schedules and
team information is emailed out leading up to the season. The season is set
at 12 games total.

This program features assigned teams, a coach hired for each team, scheduled practices twice a week and game on Saturday. Pre Baseball/Softball allows players the opportunity to learn and improve their skills through the "team" and "game" concept, yet still emphasizing the two most important reasons for participating, playing and having fun. NEW FORMAT! This six-week program is for boys and girls of all skill
levels. Participants practice Wednesdays or Thursdays
and play a game Saturday morning. Teams consist of eight
players and games are played 4 v 4 with no goalies. Each
team is assigned a Normal Parks & Recreation coach. Shin
guards required.

Boys and girls ages 4-5 can participate in a 6 week co-ed soccer program. Participants will practice once a week at their selected time on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for 45 minutes. Teams will consist of 6 players. Saturday scrimmages will be played 3 vs 3 with no goalies and held between 10am-1pm each weekend.

Team rosters and game schedules will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date.

All participants are required to wear shin guards. Cleats are optional but must be soccer specific cleats (no baseball or football cleats allowed).
